Responsibilities :

Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers challenging program that aims to develop future talented leaders in handling all management function : store activities and retail business area to be recognized and love for helping the customer. 

Requirements :

- Male/Female, with minimum 23 years old

- Minimum Bachelor Degree with any background major or Diploma with Food Production major with 

  minimum GPA 2,9 

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Good computer literate

- Initiative, pro active, hard working, and strong analytical thinking

- Humble, able to interact with all level

- Eager to expand career in retail industries

- Willing to be stasioned everywhere in Indonesia and working in holiday and shifting.
